I dig how it "materializes" these game characters into certain socio-cultural/economic statuses (why, for example, is kirby interpreted as "skater-chic?" How might this blog offer an alternative methodology for "reading" characters?). That said, I am left scratching my head over the problems of operating at a purely visual level. After all, Toms are probably not the best idea if you're hunting zombies.
